All coaches are 100% committed and passionate about teaching the fundamentals of the game of baseball.  They are not only great at what they do but they do it in a positive and fun way that fosters the kids developing a love for the game.  

Program Director / Head Coach: Dwayne Thornton

Coach Dwayne has a lifetime of experience playing, coaching and teaching baseball. He has coached T-ball up to high school, as an infield, outfield and hitting instructor. Dwayne has been a hitting instructor for 25+ years. For the past 20 years, Dwayne has been a scout for one of the country’s top high school baseball programs, Venice High School. Dwayne has studied hitting his entire life and worked with and learned from some of the games top hitting instructors. Dwayne believes teaching kids the fundamentals of the game at a young age, making baseball fun and positive, and providing a balanced approach is vital to young players developing skills, learning from failures, becoming positive teammates and good sports – Invaluable life lessons that

Hitting Coach: Callix Crabbe

Coach Callix spent 10 Years in professional baseball, living his dream of playing in the major leagues. He has extensive experience coaching amateur baseball players. He spent three and a half years as a Head Coach at IMG Academy in Bradenton, Fl. and spent countless hours working with summer camp students of all ages. Callix has a positive spirit that inspires kids and makes baseball fun.

Callix has a long history of beating the odds and this is where his passion for coaching derives. Throughout his career, he has developed a special set of skills that has allowed him to manage his game. Callix brings this skillset, passion and spirit to his athletes showing how a consistent routine can ignite their passion, define their purpose, and develop their character. Testimonials.

Pitching Coach: Victor Beriguete

Coach Victor signed with the New York Yankees in 2008, and played for them in the minor leagues for 6 years. He was the team closer for four years, making the all-star team his last year. Victor played professional baseball until the summer of 2017. He has trained athletes, from kids to AA pro players, for 8 years in the off season. He has trained with legendary pitching coach Orlando Chinea. Victor takes pride in teaching fundamentals, being great with kids and making baseball fun.
